As will probably be kind of obvious, settling in to clinical has taken up most of my time this week, and so I've not had much time for crafting. I'm still plugging away at the Scarf of Doom. It's now 64 inches (5 foot 4) and I think I'm nearly at the point where I can do the pattern at the end and then it'll be finished. Only problem is, I can't try it on the boy to check as he's not here at the moment. How long a scarf does a 6 foot 4 person really need though?
I really, really can't wait to finish it! I've been having a look at my list, and it's way too ambitious! There is no way I'm going to be able to finish everything on it in the next 20 weeks, so I think most of it will roll over to next year.
I did get a nice evening out on Sunday as well, so I couldn't even do much crafting this weekend. I went to the joint Asian Soc and Hindu Soc production Kangna, as two of my friends were in it, once doing traditional and Bhangra dancing, and one in the fashion show in an amazing sari. There was also Bollywood, Street, Breakdancing, beat boxing, traditional music, and a comedy play. It was so much fun, and really professional.
Hopefully some time soon, I'll have a finished project to show you!
